Give a hand and help by donating. The Finnish Red Cross’ Blood Service is available in Satama Areena on Monday 6.11.2023 at 13:30 to 18:00.

or come on site and ask for available donating times. Please remember to bring with you a driver’s licence or an official ID.
An electronic health questionnaire is completed before each donation. The questionnaire and an interview with a nurse ensure that donation is safe for you and for patients who will receive blood. Finland needs more blood donors. Most of us could try out giving blood, but only 3.5% of us currently donate blood. Blood donors provide vital assistance to patients, as blood products are needed by victims of accidents, cancer patients, and mothers in labour, just to name a few examples.
The Finnish Red Cross Blood Service is a non-profit organisation.

Event Centre Satama is located in the seaside town of Kotka, about an hour and a half’s drive from Helsinki. You can get here by car, train, bus or boat!
